There are two key elements to this; preparation and laughter.  That’s what I can bring to your staff portraits; the ability to make your people feel comfortable regardless of who they are or where I’m photographing them.  

I prefer to show your staff in action, surrounded by the work they do and their colleagues. This demonstrates your people are skilled, knowledgeable, trustworthy and approachable. Working on your location so your people are on familiar ground goes a long way to getting a great smile.

Additionally I always explain, at every step of the way, what is about to happen.
