JB - Surely this is a better twitter profile pic for you???
Highly active in the Brisbane twittersphere is one of our favourite authors, John Birmingham.
Every morning as I wake up I reach for the iPhone and casually gaze at Twitter to see what the natives have been up to overnight. Inevitably, JB's (previously) green and black duotone face will stare back at me, usually with some comment about
- Blowing stuff up
- Booze
- Hanging his arse out the car window with a canine
JB's smiling (if somewhat creepy) green face used to bring some order and sanity to the twitter jungle that greeted me each morning. Like... serenity to an otherwise disordered world.
Recently, however, JB has changed his familiar incredible hulk profile pic to one that's... well... a little scary.
So I thought maybe this (slightly frendlier) one might be better.
Someone from the audience asked JB to give up his iPhone for a few minutes. Either that or he was expressing his gratitude at being offered some Tofu.
UPDATE... JB tweets that 'other ppl complain about Ol' Greenie'... Maybe it's just the colour JB??
